A small company,on purpose
EXLVN (External Living) is a landscape construction company with fourteen years on the tools, working across Sydney’s northern beaches, eastern suburbs and north shore.

The trade covers pool tiling and coping, stone paving, concreting, retaining walls, timber work, irrigation and softscapes. Construction only: no maintenance contracts and no lawn runs, which keeps every week on the tools and every job moving.
Staying small is the point. The builder who walks your site and prices the job is the same one standing on it every day after. Nothing is passed down a chain, nothing gets lost between a salesperson and a crew, and nothing gets handed over that he would not stand behind in ten years.
Most of the work comes through past clients and the trades we build alongside: pool builders, architects and landscape designers who need the finish work done properly.
