Website terms

The site describes the work we do and lets you ask for a quote. Nothing on it is a quote, a price or a promise to do a particular job. Every job is quoted in writing after a site visit.

Photos on the site are of our own completed work unless a caption says otherwise. Materials, finishes and results vary with the site, the stone and the season.

Use the quote form for genuine enquiries about landscape construction. Do not use it to send spam, anything unlawful or anything you do not have the right to send (for example photos of someone else's property without their say-so).

We may block or ignore submissions that misuse the form.

The words, photos and design on the site belong to External Living Pty Ltd or are used with permission. You can read and share links to the pages; you cannot copy the photos or text for your own site, listing or advertising without asking.

We keep the site accurate but cannot promise every page is current at every moment. Links to other websites are for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for what they say.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using the site or relying on its general content. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW) for work we actually do for you.
